Mixed Level, drop in class. My vinyasa classes are known for their fluid, movement synchronised with breath.
This class is choreographed into a creative sequence so that we smoothly transition from one pose to the next. My classes also incorporate; an intention, meditation, breathing techniques, mudra’s, body/breath movement awareness, you will learn how to correct the bodily alignment of your bones/muscles too.
These classes always involve self exploration, a connection to spirit and a little sprinkle of playfulness.
